Delivery and Returns - Terms And Conditions


  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Domestic - Free standard shipping within Australia is not tracked and we therefore hold no responsibility in the unlikely event that a package is delayed or lost.
  • Delivery times posted on our website are estimates obtained from Australia Post. We do not accept responsibility for late deliveries as many factors outside of our control can affect delivery times. (eg. holiday seasons, customs, weather, etc)
  • International - if the non-tracking option is chosen for international shipping, we do not take responsibility for delayed or lost packages.


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
  • Orders are eligible for return within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, if they are un-worn and in original condition.
  • Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Fremantle, Western Australia. These shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that we can not exchange or refund orders until they are received at our warehouse. To ensure that your return is received by us, add tracking to your shipment. We will not be held responsible for lost returned packages
  • Never Company will only cover the cost of shipping exchanges back to the customer within Australia and without tracking. If you wish to have an exchange shipped with tracking or internationally, the customer will cover the cost of shipping.
  • We at Never Company reserve the right to determine whether or not a returned product has been used or damaged, therefore waiving the right to a refund or exchange.
If your order is shipping outside of Australia we cannot calculate what duties and taxes you may be responsible for when you receive your package. You will be expected to cover these charges in order to collect your package; failure to do so constitutes abandoning your parcel.


We include all the pertinent paperwork with your order, but each country and customs official is different and they determine the value of all imported goods. There is always a possibility that you will be billed by your local authorities in order to receive your shipment, and this is independent of the shipping cost you have paid to us.
This customs charge is non-refundable and not related to your purchase price, even if you choose to return your order, as it is collected by your country's government and not by us.


Not all declined deliveries are returned to us by customs. We cannot issue refunds for orders not returned to our warehouse, therefore parcels abandoned or deliveries declined by customers will not be eligible for refunds. In cases when parcels are sent back to our warehouse, they can take weeks to arrive. Please keep this in mind as you await your refund. Shipping charges for declined items are non-refundable.
